JSJ Arquitectos is an architecture studio in Valencia specializing in residential development, hotels, building refurbishment and industrialized construction. We develop projects from preliminary analysis and technical feasibility through to project design, license processing and site supervision.
Our work combines architectural design, regulatory control, BIM methodology and technical expertise to define viable, efficient solutions adapted to each client’s objectives, both in national and international projects.

Visualización 3D
Empleamos las últimas tecnologías 3D para mostrar al cliente el proyecto con el máximo detalle a lo largo de todo el proceso. Esto permite mostrar la combinación de diferentes acabados, mobiliario, iluminación etc. facilitando enormemente la toma de decisiones. El cliente sabe exactamente cómo será su futuro proyecto antes de que esté construido.
Eficiencia energética
Desde el inicio del proyecto, analizamos factores del entorno para mejorar el comportamiento energético pasivo del edificio. Además, incorporamos energías renovables como placas fotovoltaicas y aerotermia para lograr una alta eficiencia energética y mejorar la certificación energética del inmueble.
Metodología BIM
La metodología BIM, o Building information modelling, permite gestionar los proyectos de arquitectura de manera inteligente: en lugar de “dibujar” , el BIM consiste en “construir” el proyecto digitalmente. De esta manera, se consigue un control completo y preciso de la arquitectura, optimizando los procesos cada fase de proyecto y consiguiendo mejores resultados en menor tiempo.
Construcción industrializada
En combinación con el BIM, empleamos las últimas tecnologías de construcción y sistemas de construcción industrializada que permiten, entre otras ventajas, un mayor control y precisión en la ejecución y una reducción significativa de los plazos de construcción. En concreto, somos especialistas en el sistema industrializado Steel Frame de estructura de acero tridimensional.
Industrialization
In combination with BIM methodology, at JSJ Arquitectos we use industrialized construction systems that improve the technical control of the project, increase precision during execution and significantly reduce construction times. Specifically, we have specialized experience in lightweight steel framing systems, especially Light Gauge Steel Frame, applied in 13 projects since 2016 and in a total of 105 homes built using this system. For this type of solution, we work with specialized companies such as Stalart and Remagin, part of the Etex Group.
The studio is currently developing three mid-rise Steel Frame projects, between six and nine storeys high: two of them are at the detailed design stage and one is in the final tender review and pre-construction phase.
Residential Development
We develop residential development projects from the initial analysis of the plot, due diligence and urban planning feasibility through to project design, license processing and site supervision. We support developers in technical, regulatory and construction-related decision-making in order to define viable and efficient residential projects aligned with the profitability, timing and quality objectives of each operation.
